CalConnect: Building Healthy Communities (BHC) Network Launched
As part of its new, 10-year strategic direction of Building Healthy Communities: California Living 2.0, The California Endowment has launched CalConnect, a Building Healthy Communities (BHC) Network, created specifically on the premise of sharing the experiences and information with the 14 communities selected for this initiative, policymakers and health experts throughout the state.

Designed as a collaborative environment for our Building Healthy Communities initiative, CalConnect allows the user to create, connect, collaborate, mobilize and change California into a healthier state. Within minutes, the user can load pictures that show the spirit of their neighborhood; share an amazing idea on how to move their policy with a colleague in City Heights or Boyle Heights; or connect with experts in the health field.
