The California Endowment provides use of the conference facilities at no cost to organizations whose programs advance The Endowment’s mission to expand access to affordable, quality health care for underserved individuals and communities, and to promote fundamental improvements in the health status of all Californians. Eligible organizations include:

• Nonprofit organizations that are exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are classified as “not a private foundation” under Section 509(a).
• Independent, sponsored projects of a nonprofit Section 501(c)(3) organization acting as a fiscal sponsor.
• Government and public agencies.

Request a conference room reservation by filling out a reservation request form. Conference Center staff will respond to your request as quickly as possible. If your request is approved, a Center staff member will facilitate all necessary arrangements for your meeting.

Please note the following reservation schedule:

• Events for more than 100 people may be reserved 12 months in advance, subject to availability.
• Events for less than 100 people may be reserved up to six months in advance, subject to availability.
• Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis by the Events Manager.
