Summer 2010

The Summer 2010 issue of centerscene explores the concept of a health home -- a team approach to well being organized around a particular patient's needs.  Whether a school or a community clinic, a health home provides care that is integrated, coordinated and sustained.  In this issue, we talk with clinicians and advocates about the power of the health home approach.  In addition, this issue looks at the passage of and opportunities within the hard-won and long-overdue passage of national health care legislation.  We talk with Dr. Anthony Iton about what still lies ahead for public health advocates.
