This video is part of the BHC Documentary Project. The mini documentary highlights one of the first policy wins for the Santa Ana Building Healthy Community — Santa Ana’s car impoundment policy. Residents worked with community organizations and the police department to come up with a sensible and humane car impoundment policy to ensure that residents felt safer in their neighborhood.
