My power. My vote.

Singer

Community by community, our voices have the power to create the change we need to see.

Too often, decisions about the health of California’s communities are made without the input of the people these decisions affect most. We’ve seen health inequities across the state, community clinics open and close, and health care coverage granted and taken away. And we know your zip code predicts your health better than almost anything else.

But we’ve also seen Californians lift up their voices and make a real difference, whether at the ballot box or organizing in communities. Just a few years ago, California expanded access to health care for millions of Californians.

That didn’t happen by accident. People made their voices heard through organizing, voting and telling their stories.

Right now, the systems designed to help people make ends meet are falling apart. We can’t afford to stay home on November 3.

So, this election: Vote. Your Health Depends On It.
