…Ingrid Archie said she is one of those who benefitted from the passage of Proposition 47. After being incarcerated for a 2011 commercial burglary, Archie said she was placed on probation, which she violated. “I went to New Way of Life and let her (founder Susan Burton) know everything that was going on,” Archie said. “I wanted to get custody of my (four) kids and I wanted the resources they had.” Besides benefitting from Prop. 47, Archie is also part of Building Healthy Communities: Long Beach (BHCLB)’s recent five-year report, which said Long Beach has steadily grown healthier and encompasses its areas of work — including Prop. 47…
