In 2010, we launched the Building Healthy Communities (BHC) initiative to advance health equity and improve health outcomes of low-income people of color in 14 communities. After 10 years, we’re sharing what our community and partners have taught us over the course of a decade – power and people can make a positive healthy change if you invest in it.
